For the extensive renovation and new construction at Coral Gables High School, Sol-A-Trol collaborated with Vetia Padron (VPI) Construction and Silvia Architecture to manufacture a highly versatile, code-compliant building envelope. The project demanded an engineered configuration of Sol-A-Trol Series 3000 Impact Casement windows, Series 5000 Window Walls, and Series 535 Impact Single Hung windows. Specifically developed to meet the strict structural and large-missile impact-resistance standards of the Miami-Dade County Public Schools framework, these commercial-grade systems guarantee absolute protection against severe tropical forces.

The successful integration of multiple Sol-A-Trol product series highlights the structural adaptability and aesthetic uniformity of our premium architectural lines. The Series 5000 Window Wall opens up the building facade to expansive views and natural light, while the Series 3000 Casements and Series 535 Single Hung windows introduce traditional fresh-air ventilation with high structural ratings. This comprehensive fenestration strategy updates the historic educational campus while delivering long-term weather tightness, exceptional durability, and lowered energy costs.
