The large-scale new construction and renovation at McArthur High School in Hollywood highlights Sol-A-Trol's ability to coordinate complex, multi-system glazing layouts for expansive institutional properties. Working closely with Pirtle Construction and Rodriguez Architects, Sol-A-Trol delivered an array of high-impact products, including Series 3000 Impact Fixed windows, Series 545 Impact Single Hung windows, and Series 5000 Impact Window Walls. Developed to meet the strict standards of Broward County Public Schools, this product combination delivers uniform sightlines and uncompromised impact protection.

By deploying the Series 5000 Window Wall, the design achieves continuous vertical glazing lines that define the school's contemporary facade, while the Series 545 Single Hung and Series 3000 Fixed windows deliver localized functional performance. Fabricated from premium architectural-grade aluminum alloys, these heavy-wall components optimize structural wind-load resistance and minimize deflection. This comprehensive installation ensures the entire facility remains code-compliant, physically secure, and structurally sound for decades to come.
